The 2026 Championship Season will feature seven national events, with each driver’s best six finishes counting toward championship points.

The season will open at the Route 66 Rockabilly Reunion in Madison, IL at World Wide Technology Raceway and close at the Nostalgia Fall Classic in Bowling Green, KY at Beech Bend Raceway. Along the way racers will compete in this championship race series with Pro-7.0, Pro-7.5, Pro-Comp, Pro-Gas, Nostalgia Super Stock, Modified Production, and our newest class, Nostalgia Gasser.

The NDRL continues its mission to celebrate the golden era of drag racing while providing a professional, family-friendly environment for competitors and fans. Series President Butch Hill noted that the 2026 schedule builds on the league’s growing momentum, offering a balanced mix of historic venues and new opportunities.

“We’ve seen incredible growth the past few seasons,” Hill said. “The fans love the cars, the drivers and love the competition. 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year ever.”
